Light cardio, heavy strength training !?

im currently weighing 104kgs and looking at maintaining My weight maybe around 98kgs. Im not overweight and do have a bit of body fat. Standing at 6ft 2 I'm doing about 3 to 4 cardio sessions a week. Heavy strength training. Doing 120kgs on the flat bench 4 - 6reps. Need to maintain muscle mass or gain. Eating around 15,000 kilojoules a day. Just wondering if anyone else out there is working out similar to this? And what results they have achieved? I'm currently 2 weeks in. Progress is slow but I'm still on it
