after 6 diet?

Am I the only person who doesnt eat after 6pm . I feel I do this because I want the food to digest better but I eat my calories when I wake up and at lunch

    You're probably not the only one but there's absolutely no valid reason for it, beyond that's the way you like to limit your calories

    Whatever eating plan works for you, gets you to successful results.

    Whatever works for you! It won't give you an advantage over anyone who eats after 6, but if it helps you stay on track, do it! I've been thinking of not eating until after one-ish because I still eat breakfast out of a feeling of obligation, but I could sure use those calories after dinner!

    If that's what you like to do and it fits your lifestyle, that's a fine thing to do. It's not necessary though, as long as you're staying within your calorie goal. There is research out there that says that eating into the evening doesn't really affect weight loss as long as it make you over eat.

    Timing is irrelevant, it's CICO that matters. Everyone needs to do what works for them.
