weights and where to start.

I have a large set of weights, dumbells and a bench. I keep looking at them but don't know where to start I'm doing shred an cardio and now after reading theses boards want to use it. .any tips would be great. .

    I personally think strong lifts is a great beginner program. It is a 5 x 5 compound lifting program you can do two to three times a week for about an hour per session. stronglifts.com
