Jawbone up and MFP confusing me?

I have been using the up band and MFP for a couple weeks now and have MFP activity set to sedentary. My calorie allotment for each day is 1200. Each day I do my thing which most of the time is sitting at a computer and eat my regular food and at the end of the day I fill in my food and then go to the UP app to sync my band. my food goes over to the up app and my steps go to the MFP app but my calories burned don't go over so I put them in manually as walking 18.5 minutes per km, slow pace. my result is that no matter what I eat i am constantly told that i'm not eating enough and that in 5 weeks I will weigh 166.5 lbs but my weigh hasn't moved at all. What am I doing wrong? Help Please.
