Hi All! I just joined MFP for support in reaching my final weight loss goal. Shortly after joining I was featured in the Runner's World "How Running Changed Me" column. This is something I'm very proud of and wanted to share it with all of you! Keep on keeping on MFP community!

Very inspiring! I have been running for a year now. I've only lost 2 pounds, but have toned up. I just joined MFP to keep track of my nutrition as I think that's why I'm not losing more weight. I feel like since I run all the time, I can eat whatever I want, but I'm learning that's not the case.0

Starbaby, I fell into the same situation over the last 2 years of getting involved in ultra running. I run, eat, repeat so I had only been maintaining my initial weight loss. I've been tracking with MFP for 3 weeks now and I'm down 12 lbs!0
