A Cheeky Little Workout for You

Options
This is one of my favourite routines. It looks, and is, really easy but it kills me every time.

9 squats
9 press ups
9 dips
9 star jumps
9 floors on the stepper at level 9

Dead easy right? Now do it 8 more times.

It's such a nice easy workout to do and you think 'I can do 9 of those' but by the 7th repetition I'm flagging.

To cool down afterwards I do 20 sit ups, 20 double crunches and 20 sky dives then repeat. Helps me catch my breath a bit.
