How do I fix it?!

Hi all, so last year I lost around 20-30 pounds in a few months, with nothing but cardio and a calorie deficit...bad idea since I'm no on the road to being "skinny fat". I'm going to start weight training, so I can tone up. My face has not slimmed down as much as I had hoped, but I'm going to keep at it.

My question is, though, is the skin on my chin loose skin or fat (apologise for poor quality photos), and if loose skin, how do I get rid of it? I know it's not that noticeable, but it bothers me a little, and i want to take preventative measures! Thank you in advance!

You've lost the fat, now you need to "tone up", which means strength training. Get some muscle on you!

Looks like a normal chin to me.
