I've watched my wife consistently improve/attain her weight loss goals and, although I need to gain weight instead, I haven't had much success, so she recommended giving this a try. I'm 5'9" and currently weigh about 170 lbs. I have been trying to gain 20-25 pounds of muscle weight for years but haven't made any significant strides. By the looks of this site as long as I stick with it, log in every day and really start to focus on my weigh gain, hopefully I can get there!
