Starting T25 Today

Hi Everyone,
I was on mfp last year and lost the weight I wanted to lose but of course I got comfortable, and stopped exercising for while and now I want to get back into it. Ive been going to the gym for a few weeks now to prepare for a trip to Vegas in 6 weeks but its just not enough. I bought T25 months ago but never got up the motivation to do it. Well Vegas is my motivator. I did try and do a workout on Monday but I could only get through like 10 minutes of it I plan to strat it tonight when I get home..any tips? I would definitely say I am a beginner and haven't exercised in a good while but I am committed to getting the body I want. Has anyone else had struggles with T25? How did you get through it?
Also looking to friend anyone who is doing the program and is starting this week.

I am on week 4 of the Alpha program. I would say that the hardest one is the Total Body Circuit! I would suggest that you stay with it. Combine it with a sensible meal plan and the weight will come off. So far I have lost almost 10 lbs. Good Luck!0

I haven't worked out in YEARS and I started T25 on Monday. It was tough, and today (Total Body Circuit) was the hardest so far. Like he said in the video, just do it at your own speed but don't stop. It is only 25 minutes and they do fly by, especially the last half. I am motivated for my trip to Vegas in June and to fit into my old work pants! Just keep pushing. I am hoping by week 3 I don't have to do the modifier. We can do it together!!0
