HELLO EVERYONE I AM NOT REALLY NEW TO MFP HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES THE HARDEST FOR ME IS CONSISTENCY IN REMEMBERING TO LOG,,,,,,I BELIEVE FOR ME I NEED TO WATCH PORTIONS
I AM A TRIM HEALTHY MAMA FOLLOWER AND THEY DO NOT REQUIRE COUNTING CALOREIS OR POINTS
BUT FOR ME,,I THINK IT HELPS TO HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE EVEN FOR THE GOOD CHOICES IN FOOD I CONSUME AND JUST KEEPING TRACK OF NOT MIXING MY CARBS WITH MY FATS,,, SWITCHING MY DAYS OR MEALS OUT BEWTEEN HIGH ENERGY MEALS AND SATISFYING MEALS,, I TRULY BELIEVE BY USING THE THM STYLE WITH MFP THIS MAY BE JUST WHAT I NEED ,,MY HARDEST THING IS REMEMBERING TO GET ON THIS COMPUTER AND LOGGING IT EVER MEAL EVER SNACK EVER MOVEMENT,,,, THATS THE TOUGH THING FOR ME,,, CONSISTANCY

    I set a reminder in my phone that dings after 6:30 and again at 9:00 to remind me to log in. You can also log some food the day before ( like what you want to have for breakfast or what you packed for lunch etc).
