9 months ago I hit my rock bottom at 203 lbs. I am a 27 year old female 5"7. I went on a 1200 calorie a day plan, getting rid of fried foods, soda and bread. I've lost 2 lbs a week, and I'm working out with a personal trainer 4 times a week. I've lost over 40 lbs and I feel extremely healthy, flexible and happy! If anyone wants to chat feel free to send me a message! If you set your mind to it, you can do it too!!!

Congrats! I have similar stats! I chose not to go super cold turkey, but I hope to have great results in 9 mo! Thanks for posting!0
