Working on gaining muscle. Trainer told me I was eating too few calories which was why I couldn't seem to lose weight no matter how hard I tried. I found it hard to believe but he put me on a 40-30-30 diet (protein being 40) and upped my calorie intake to 1500 day. I have only been on it 2 weeks & I have lost 6 lbs! Can't believe I am eating more & losing weight!! My first time in a weight lifting program & I am enjoying it a lot!0
