ive used this app in the past and it helped me lose 44lbs but then stopped.. Looking for others to help motivate one another.. Would love to lose another 40+ lbs..

I'm in the same boat. I mainly used this to track and get use to meals I eat. Losing is very easy if you understand nutrition and can cook. I go by a P90x nutrition plan. 5 proteins, 2 veg, 1 fruit, 2 carbs, and 1 fat per day. I skip the fat unless I'm having half an avocado. I just started Monday again. Lost 6 lbs in 2 days. If I get hungry I make a smart choice and very small snack as long as it's before
