Appetite for Destruction - Zach Evans

Hi all,
My names Zach. My senior year of high-school I weight 180, and benched about 120. Pretty pathetic. I've always been a heavy guy, but I just got out of a 5 year relationship. They don't kid about "getting comfortable" because now I'm 22 going on 23 and weight 260.
I've been doing my research, I've started eating correctly, but that isn't my problem. I have no craves or desires for 2 weeks going. My problem is, I don't know what workouts to do.
My diet consist of:
Breakfast - 1 cup of oats(oatmeal) plain, and glass of orange juice.
Lunch - 4oz ground beef, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup blueberries, and a banana.
Dinner - 1cup steamed broccoli, and 8oz grilled tenderloins.
I drink water besides the orange juice.
It is high in protein, and I'm worried that if I don't exercise correctly this may cause me to gain weight.
I do various weight lifting for 30 min with a 5 min warm up on elliptical.
What workout's have you guys used to help build muscle and lose fat?
Any tips would be much obliged. =]

Weight gain is based on calories in vs calories out. As long as you stay under your limit you will lose weight. I don't have any exercise suggestions. Just make sure you are measuring everything. A cheap digital scale might help. They are $20.00 or less. Also be careful with the orange juice. You might be surprised how many calories are in a glass depending on how much you drink. Good luck!0
