Hi guys , I'm new to my fitness pal community . Though I have been using the app to up date my food diary for a while on and off .
I'm hoping to loose 2 stones in 3 months . Is that a realist goal ? Feel free to share any tips x

    You can do anything you set your mind to. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. Feel free to add me, my diary is open and I try to post everyday.
