I'm Back!

Last year, I was involved in a 12 week transformation challenge. I wanted to gain 10lbs, from 140-150. I was successful and pleased with the results, but with relocation, a new job and finishing my MBA, the gym has fallen to the wayside over the past 6 months. During that time, I've mostly maintained the weight (at 148 now), but some of my hard earned muscle was replaced with fat. Well.. I don't have any "challenges" to motivate me, but I am ready to get back into the gym and continue the gains I saw last year. I want to reach a lean 155 by my birthday, April 17, and then continue to 165 by the end of the year! Wish me luck!
