Losing weight after a couple c-sections

Options
I'm currently 217 (started out at 225 a little over a week ago). I'm wanting to get down to 180, then 160 if I can. I had 2 c-sections in 2008 and 2010. I'm wondering if I can do anything different than "normal" to tighten up my skin on my stomach that I have from having my c-section. Any suggestions or am I headed to a tummy tuck no matter what?

    Its genetic, sorry.

    I had my 2 c/s in August ( c/s 12/2007, vbac 2009 & 2011, too).

Our srats are very similar. I was 225 in December. Now 215. Goal of 170.

I worked out ALOT in 2012, and my belly webt down quite a bit, but I still had the "apron". Ugh.

Add me if you would like!

Are you talking about loose skin or tummy fat ..I don't know your height but I also had 2 sections I'm 5'8, started at 212lbs now 164lbs and I'm left with a small pooch that I think /hope continued weight training will get rid of

I doubt it's skin tbh ..fat reduction to see what you're left with ...then wait ...then decide

I've had 3 c-sections--1986,1987 and 1993. I'm 60 now, and you can hardly see anything. I yo-yo'd 25-30 lbs since then---lost and regained, lost and regained. However, I've always done swimming and alot of walking. I wear a bikini to the beach in Italy, and am not so bad, if I may say so. I've been on here 2 years and lost around 20lbs with 10 to go. I would suggest taking things slower to try and tighten up as you go along. Exercise is your friend on this. Best. B)

I had two c-sections too. One in 2001, one in 2009. I reached goal weight a short time ago, and while my stomach isn't perfect, (and it was the LAST place I lost weight) working out is helping.
