Low cal coconut shrimp!!

10-11 cooked frozen shrimp
1-2 tsp garlic
1-2 tbs chopped sweet onion
-sautee together until onions are soft
Add
1-2 tbsp almond or cashew milk
1 cup raw sugar snap peas
Cook with a loose lid for a couple mins to steam the peas
Add 1/2 tsp dried shredded unsweetened coconut
Mix and cook 1-2 minutes more.

Only 155 calories and very filling!!
