5'7", 171, hoping to reach 155-160

Hello everyone, my name is Richard. I'm 31, 5'7", and I am currently at 171 lbs. For the past 10 years I've consistently weighed between 180-185 lbs, recently going as high as 188 at the beginning of 2013. I'm not exactly sure why I've been able to stay motivated and keep my New Year's Resolution this time around, but I've been a pescetarian, been doing step aerobics 6 days a week, and, most importantly, I've limited my calories to 2000 (gross, not net) a day. I probably should do a better job of focusing on other aspects of my diet, but basically I just focus on eating between 1800 and 2000 gross calories a day and trying to exercise as much as I can without injuring my knee (sometimes I can tell I'm pushing too hard).
