New to the forums. Lots of fun and informative topics I see. I'm working out on a regular basis 2 hrs bootcamp and week and 2 hours zumba and 30 minutes with personal trainer. My biggest goal is to eat right and to write down what I'm eating. I dont need a program, just sometime enouragement.
