HELP!
I'm having no trouble sticking to my recommended daily calorie intake but one thing I do struggle with is meeting the percentages of recommended fats, carbs & protein. Is this a big deal? I'm usually having a bit over the percentage of good carbs & protein but lacking in fats. I find it hard to get the right balance. I am choosing good healthy choices for all so doesn't really matter?

If your familiar with serving sizes drop to 2 servings of carbs per day

Ex. I have 1 piece of toast for breakfast, 1 piece for my half sandwich at lunch, then 2/3 (1 cup was too much)cup of brown rice at dinner

That will drop carbs, I would bring up proteins a bit myself.
  • Thanks, I'll try that. I just find it hard to bring my (good) fats up. I'm not a great lover of foods like avocado, nuts, fish etc so I don't know how I'll go about that one!

U can use a tbs of olive oil when cooking. As an added fat you should only use 1 per day. I use a lot of fat free butter cooking spray

Good fats for you to add:
    butter
    bacon
    whole fat yogurt
    full fat salad dressings
    sour cream
