That's a great goal! I've done it a couple times but only a 70lb goal. Doing it again since Jan 1, with a 65lb goal. I've dropped 22 so far.0

I have never lost more than 20 lbs, I am so tired of living life of being unhealthy just recently found out I have fatty liver and high calcium. So im trying this and so far I really love the app0

Hello everyone! I have been using mfp for a few weeks now and have lost 23 lbs. I still need to lose 100+. I'm determined to get this weight off! I'm tired of not being about to do things with my family and tired of not feeling well. Just 23 lbs has already made a big difference in the way I feel. Mfp works! It is a great tool. I use it not only to watch my calories, but to also watch my fat, sodium, and calcium intake. Those are all things that I have a problem with, ie too much fat and sodium, and not enough calcium! I'm still learning how to control what I'm eating, and some days I really mess up, but I get back on track the next day. I'm definitely determined to make this work!0
