workout program?

I enjoy following workout plans, I usually do split workouts three or four days a week so if you have a link or a plan let me know!

  • Well I haven't been to the gym in a while due to an injury last year nothing serious but after it happened I lost motivation and stopped going. So right now I'm just starting up again so I'd like something involving compound movements and core development as a focus so I can begin with a good base and gain some strength and endurance back. I like to sometimes have a seperate day or two for cardio or I do cardio after a lifting day because I am also trying to lose weight however I focus much more on strength training typically.
