Can you change the food settings?

Hi! Just had a physical today and my blood pressure is a little high. I have lost 60 lbs but my dr wants me to try and lose more (I do as well). I seem to have hit a plateau and my dr. wants me to eat less carbs and sodium than the site is allowing me. Is there a way to change the sodium and carb number on the food tracker? I have been looking for a while but don't see a way to do it. Thanks to anyone who can help!

I, too, would like to know how to change the parameters. My doc wants me on a low carb diet and the 150+ is too much. Plus I'd like to change my alotted fat grams.0

You can change them to a certain extent - at the top of the page, go to Goals, Change goals, check custom and Continue, and then you can change the percentages for your macros (carbs/fat/protein), and change the values for sodium, fibers, sugars, etc.0
