Anxious after over eating

I spent last weekend at a family gathering, suffice to say there were plenty of food and I was over my count. This week I have my 8 y.o. nephew staying over for his school break and there's junk food in the house as well as food I normally would not go near, but I can't seem to resist when they are so close by. The last two days I haven't logged in the extra snacks I've had, which I never do! Even though I lost 10lb (my original goal) I am so worried that I am slowly gaining the weight back. How do mothers of young children stay thin ?? I need to put this in perspective.

It's so hard avoiding snacks. I've been eating valentines day chocolate for the past week. It's all about self control, I'm sure you'll make up for it!0

I get anxious too, I feel like I will gain it all back from that one time. It feels awful that's for sure but stick with it. I even find I get anxious about potentially over eating. I have a first date tomorrow and I'm more concerned about the meal and how I feel about my weight than the actual date. Wow when I see that in print I feel ridiculous thinking that way. If you want a friend for encouragement I would be happy to buddy up. Good luck with your goals, remember one day at a time.
