if you are busy and always on the go alot of times pre logging and pre-packing meals is a great way to go. Help prevent those spur of the moment poor decisions.

Totally agree with pre logging. It helps me stay accountable to myself. I always have healthy snacks on hand so I don't go to the vending machine.

I'm a nurse that works part time in home health. I'm always on the go. I try to pack my own snacks or if that fails subway sandwiches or Panera bread is my backup.
  • Thanks for all the help... :D

Pre logging whenever possible is a great thing! Lay it all out for the day, literally, and then do the honorable thing : ). Welcome.
