Hey Guys and Gals, I found out today that Netflix has some Aerobic exercises and yoga dvd's on Instant View! I didnt know that :) will defiantly help spice up the at home routine!

    I discovered that recently too, but most of them kinda stink. You have to scan through a few before you find one that isn't too 80s...lol
    I did discover I could get 30 day shred sent to me though, so that's awesome!

    Yeah I think the good ones are sent to you. Whats all this hype with the 30 day shred anyways?
