That would be about 10 miles a day. I'm in!0

Tbh I didn't work out how many miles but I know I do 10000 so for a active person we need to double it I'm planning on increasing every week0

Just an FYI, I did the Avon Walk in May, clocked between 55k-60k steps on day 1. 8 hours of walking for the 26.2mi.
So make sure your goal here is achieveable/sustainable while letting you live your normal life.0 -

I work at Maccies so normally do ten thousand just don't have my phone on me to put it on mfp that's y I think twenty is achieve able point taken though 15000 it is0
