Has anyone got a recipe for this that doesn't taste like warm cardboard? Thanks.

1 scoop whey
1 tbsp cocoa powder,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
a couple drops a liquid stevia / splenda or packets,
couple tbsp of almond milk
Microwave for about a minute
I make this and usually throw it into a huge bowl of Ice-cream topped with syrup and other stuff.0 -
I had to Google to find out what it was. If I found the recipe you are referring to, it looked like a lot of work for a snack.
For a quick easy snack, we sometimes make 3-2-1 cupcakes.

the easiest way to make mug cake is buy a box of angel food cake and a box of any other flavor cake you like. put both boxes in a large zip lock bag and mix together. when you are ready to have a mug cake you ix 3 tbsp. of the cake mix with 2 tbsp. of water and microwave for 1 min. It is so good!!!!0

I think people who like those 3 2 1 cakes haven't had real cake for a very long time... it's not even worth the 100 calories IMO!
This site might have something though
