Moving forward

I was doing so great last year. I had lost 25 pounds and was just 10 pounds away from my goal weight.

Then my husband came home from Afghanistan and we did LOTS of comfort eating. Then I got lazy. Then I got lazier. So now here I am, back up to the same weight I started at last year.

My goals:
-Eat clean 90% of the time. I can't and won't ever do 100% because then I'll crash and burn.
-Meal prep. I've been doing it all this week and it's been huge for me staying on track.
-Allow minor cheats. I had 5 starburst jelly beans last night. No guilt and I felt better having something sweet like that.
-Surround myself with others who support me. I've actually started a dietbet with some friends and I so we can support each other. My goal is to buy a new pair of jeans iwth the winnings. ( https://www.dietbetter.com/games/62556 if you want to join us)
-Move and drink water. I used to be a super zumba queen going 5-6 days a week. Life doesn't allow that any more with hubs being home and the kids in a million activities. I sit at a desk all day so I have to push myself to move more.
