Hey all. My name is Melissa. I used to be a fitness junkie then had 2 kids back to back thinking the weight lost would be easy. It is NOT!!! lol. I've actually gained more since the babies as I have not been motivated like I used to be and can not find the motivation or energy. However I have jumped back in and started kicking my own *kitten*. I have lost 8 pounds and now need to keep it up to get the weight off and i'm going to keep it off. This is my Journey, what's your's?
