IN for American Eagle skinny jeans! I've always had big calves and this year I have bought and now wear knee boots and skinny jeans (A.E) love!0

Where your body stores fat is genetic. You can NOT target an area. Your body will lose weight in order of where it was gained no matter what you do. As you lose weight yes, your calves will get smaller. When will this happen? Who knows. I'm down 51 pounds and JUST lost an inch on my biceps. Your body shape ex- wider hips, larger calves etc will remain the same. If you have a pear shape before weight loss you will always have a pear shaped body. It may not be as pronounced but it will always be there.0

It's genetic. Maybe you have some fat in your calves, but they won't get significantly thinner. Learn to embrace the shape and look for wider boots. I love the shape of my calves and feel sorry for people with no definitiion - having to look a bit harder for boots that fit is hardly a trade-off for the alternative.0
