So I am 48 kilos, 161sm tall, wrist size 14 sm, forarm 21 sm,waist 60 sm and I calculated my body fat % according this site http://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/bodyfat is 27 %. I workout every day calisthenics with 10 kilos and 4 kilos , I eat vegan food approx 1300-1400 cal (my diary is open), I eat min salt and oils....so what am I doing wrong ? Why am I not losing body fat ? :(((

In your photo you don't look like you have 27% body fat, if your photo is updated.

I wouldn't put too much faith in that calculator. I entered my current measurements and got 30%. I took a few inches off my waist and hips and STILL got 30%.

    Try this calculator instead: http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html

It's still an estimate, but at least it actually changes as I lose weight and change measurements. ;)

I just ordered a fancy scale from Amazon, Ozeri Touch II Total Body Scale, and it calculates body fat, water, muscle and bone percentages and comes with an instructive manual on what it all means. It's super useful and very accurate. It was a solid $35 investment. I recommend it.

And it'll track the percentages over time, it stores your user profile. I can't accurately do the measurement/calculation myself via website so that's my solution and it was a good choice.

A scale cannot track your body fat...

It is not accurate ...no scale is

It will track changes over time though as long as you don't care about the absolute figure

Body fat is ridiculously difficult to measure ...even calipers in the hands of a professional can be inaccurate

Ok thank u :) The problem is that I don't want to be skinny fat if u know what I mean, I want to be lean, gain some muscle while losing fat. Can this happen ? Do I need to eat more protein ?

Looking at your diary the past few days, yes. Your protein goal and how much you actually eat seems pretty low.

I was thinking that maybe my problem is not cal but macros. But if I increase cal I will probably increase workouts too.
