I started 7 days ago, logged in 8 days ago. I finally got the courage to weigh myself a couple of days in and was 163. About 4 days in 161 and as of this morning, I am down 160. I am feeling inspired. I have not been eating back my calories, but loading up on lots of veggie and some lean meat. Yesterday I decided since I noticed I was not terribly hungry (which I have been ravenous for a long time now, that my carbs were quite low. I remembered lowcarbing a long time ago (but I ended up doing that wrong I ate way to much, like license to eat a pound of bacon and 6 eggs), but my appetite did reduce. So, yesterday I skipped my tortilla and was around 52 carbs for the day. I may not always lowcarb, but for the beginning to get me from thinking of food, I like it. I am looking forward to walking today. I will do my small weight routine (very small routine, I am a BeGiNNer), my step aerobics, drink my water and stay within my calories. I did go over my 1200 yesterday by around 77 calories./2 This is why I am not eating back 1/2 yet, not until I am sure what I am eating. Sorry for the excited ramble, but I had to tell! Mini success leads to big success!
P.S. I added my ticker and opened my diary, but I can't see where my ticker is. Would I see this while logged in?
