First week winner!

So I'm about a week in with watching my calorie intake. I'm trying to eat healthier, but I can't control my sweet tooth enough to leave sweets out altogether. I try my best to stay within my calorie limit of 1250 but sometimes I go over by 100. I drink almost nothing but water, where I used to drink only 3 glasses of sweet tea a day! I have worked out, which I never used to do, but I feel like i could do more. I don't want to push myself too hard tho so I may be going at a good pace! I'm going to weigh tomorrow and see how I've done, I just don't want to be disappointed. I've done better this week than any other time I've tried, but I usually give up at two weeks. Not this time! I can't let myself give up!
