Need a tune up:)

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I am a 6 foot tall female and apparently I am almost obese when you google my hright and weight, but I don't see it. I know I have some weight to lose but if you go by the suggested weights I need to lose 40 pounds. I would be happy with my pre-pregnancy weight from my first child 8 years ago. I have been doing the Jillian Micheals Shred every morning and tracking what I eat. I am here for the journey and hoping my new lifestyle will in turn tune up the body.
