Getting into shape after stroke.

I suffered a massive hemorrhagic stroke and two brain surgeries in the past six months. So far, my recovery has been remarkable and my doctors have given me the okayto go workout at the gym. I have about 50 pounds of fat to lose while putting on some lean mass.. I'll appreciate any support from the community.

    Excellent work and attitude in overcoming what can be a devastating time Phil.
    Slow and steady but dont give up!!! Weights and cardio work for me.

    Excellent work! The time u posted it i was in the hospital for left paralysis due to brainstem lesion! How have you progressed? Would love to talk!
