I have a few questions that I hope some of you can help me with. I am new to MyFitness Pal and I don't quite understand how to use the EXTRA calories gained through exercise. Today it says that I've earned 253 extra calories do I NEED to eat these calories> Or these calories here for me IN CASE I feel hungry? Please help.
