Hello. My name is Emma and I am 22.
I have type 1 diabetes (diagnosed when I was 14-- I have always eaten clean, I also used to dance so yeah, I didn't get diabetes because I was eating sweets all they long in front the tv, like most of the people might think, I actually don't like sweets and sweet food much)
Unfortunately even though I was underweight when diagnosed, I gained a lot of weight also due to hypothyroidism and the whole situation made me feel very bad about myself.
Now I decided to finally start changing things and become a better version of me, hopefully prettier too. I plan to lose about 15 kg / 30 pounds by June. I try to go to the gym every day for at least 30' and when my blood sugar levels don't go too low, I may even workout for about two hours without any problem. Working out makes me feel good so I am determined to keep it up.
Feel free to add me if you want. It's good to have and give support.
Cheers xoxo
