Hi I am Paulette 47yrs old, my profile pic is a little over a year ago, am trying to get back in shape. I moved from VA to CA my workout partners are back in VA, looking for someone who enjoys walking, had knee surgery awhile ago so don't run much. Trying to lose between 30-40 pounds, by exercising, walking and eating right. Struggling with motivation but believe working with someone who has same goals we could motivate and support each other.
