OP like others have said, no one specific food will hinder your loss unless it puts you into a calorie surplus.
I wold suggest incorporating it into your day and make sure that you hit your macro/micro/calorie goal; pre logging your day can help with this.0 -
Peanut butter is possibly my favorite food on earth. It took me a long time to realize how tiny a portion is, what I throught was one portion was more like 600 calories of peanut butter! I still love it but I can't keep it in the house! My boyfriend has my jar at his place and I'll eat it when I'm over occasionally. A jet of skippy natural wouldn't make it 24 hours in my house0

If it puts you over on your calories… then yes, it could hinder weight loss (depending how much of a deficit you are at). But if you log it and make room for it in your calorie goal, it won't hurt it one bit. Peanut butter is great stuff, especially with apples!0
