I had a quick look in your diary I'm not a vegetarians or vegans (parents are vegetarians).
I don't see any fresh fruit or vegetables, or soy foods for proteins.

Just lots of packet foods :\

if you eat eggs simple omelettes or good and filling an apple is far better that a "quest Apple bar" less sugar, fat and salt.

You can add me, I recently went vegan so I'm still starting to get the hang of things. But my diary is open if you need some ideas!

Are you veggie or vegan and that is why you need help? What do you need help with? Recipes, nutrition, or something else?

http://ohsheglows.com/ is a good blog for vegan recipes... The Happy Herbivore blog has lots of tips for meal prepping and low-fat vegan cooking too.

Try and incorporate lots of fresh fruits and veggies into your diet, i.e. veggie stir-fry, having two pieces of fruit with breakfast (or having five pieces of fruit FOR breakfast!), and eating leafy greens either cooked (i.e. kale, chard, spring greens such as white beans and greens) or as salad (I really like this one: http://ohsheglows.com/2014/12/30/superfood-crunch-salad-with-homemade-balsamic-apple-vinaigrette/).

Chickpeas, tofu and tempeh add a great protein boost to any diet, as well as other beans such as black, pinto, borlotti, haricot, lima, adzuki, etc. and lentils, peas, and more. These can be made into purees to make spreads, into stews and soups for warming hearty meals, and into three- or five-bean salad for something bright and refreshing.

    Best of luck. :)
