im incredibly frustrated. I've been clean eating and exercising for almost a month and I have GAINED weight! This is beyond frustrating.

    What is your calorie goal, and where are you landing with it each day? Over or under? Do you eat back exercise cals? What do you use to estimate calorie burn? Do you use a food scale and measuring cups for your food whenever possible?

    Need more info to offer any advice. :smile:

    What is clean eating? No junk food, more natural stuff?

    Do you have an energy deficit? Or do you expect a lot of cal of clean food is going to cause weight loss?

    Just curious.

    Also you lost a pound 3 days ago. Did you gain weight since then? Weight fluctuates. Weigh your self once a week. Once a month. Not every 2-3 days.

    Need a few more details.
    What are your stats? Are you weighing, measuring and logging everything.
    Usually when people aren't losing they're underestimating their calories and/or overestimating calories burned, or both.
