Anybody know if MFP is able to accommodate pregnancy? Or maybe know of an app that is similar to MFP but caters to pregnancy? Just found out we are expecting our 3rd... but really want to remain cognitive of my weight and fitness...

Maybe try Spark People? Also, you can customize your MFP so that you remain at maintenence or adjust about 300 calories for pregnancy. Ask your doctor or OB or if you have a nutritionist just how much you should be consuming.0

I used MFP while pregnant. I maintained in my first trimester and then set it to have me gain 1/2 pound in my second trimester all the way through to the end of my pregnancy (I made sure to update my weight as I went along so the calories would be accurate).
Feel free to friend me if you have further questions and CONGRATS!!!0 -
Just set your calorie goal to maintenance until you get 2nd or 3rd trimester and custom set it to an additional 300 calories or so. Easy peasy.0
