    If you ask me, a treadclimber could be much better than a treadmill. The body has to consistently adapt, given the fact that your motor balance is always challenged. Although what I just said is true, either can be good for you: as a personal trainer who dealt with a lot of clients, I can say that everyone's body is different and has different reactions to the exercises they're doing and to the equipment they're working with.
