I was on here about a year ago. Wasn't taking weight loss seriously. But I am now due to a recent health scare. I'm Michelle, age 42 and a mom of 3. Would like people to help support me and I will do the same.

    Hi from the UK. I'm in my 4th week on here and its all good so far. Lots of lovely people to support and encourage you, so if you're really serious about getting rid of the excess pounds, you've come to the right place.
