Pear shaped shorter ladies...

Hey ladies, I'm 5 foot 3.5 inches and pear shaped. I'm currently 159 (ekk) My bum and thighs are my major trouble spots. I just started tracking my Macros (hard at first because the calories seem like so much) and I am about 1/2 way thru the 30 Day Shred only taking one day off a week to "rest". I know I've heard there is no "spot" training but what has worked for you who are more bottom heavy to try and become more lean. Any other ladies out there in the same boat?!     Very similar! I'm 5 foot exactly. On Jan 2nd I was 11 stone 7lbs, or 73 kg, or 161 lbs. !! I'm now 10st 5 lbs, 65kg or 145 lbs. I've kept to 1200 calories and walked 5 miles a day and done shred ( just on day 5). The walking has toned my butt and thighs and I've so much energy. I think the walking has been the major help. I wrap up and set off, 5 miles in 70 min, just over 10000 steps! Keep going, it's worth it. X x:)
