I have terrible self esteem and it's very difficult to stay motivated. I've lost around 20lbs in 1.5 months but it's getting more and more difficult! I need a buddy!!!

I would love to help I have lost 35 lbs since june and been training for first figure competition i learned to lift eat clean and prioritize i am helping some friends lose weight i am passionate about helping people in this0

Thats an amazing effort you need to pat yourself on the back. Be proud of what you have achieved to date. Take your measurements and photos. Scales lie sometimes. Just remember weight doesn't go on overnight so we won't lose it that way either. Wake up each morning and tell ya self you have got this and today is gonna be a awesome epic day look at what you are eating, what fitness you are doing. Make sure you are drinking enough water and getting a wonderful peacefull sleep.0
