    Hi lady's! Im a wife and a mom of a 3 year old boy, a 2 year old girl and 3 week old girl. Im nursing so im always tired always cooking always running after kids. No time for myself and really no support while trying to lose weight. Just need a little encouragement.glad I found this site.
