Just an interesting article I came across, wondering what people's opinion of it is:

The only thing that really makes sense to me is that if you're currently at a more or less stable weight while eating what you want, you could theoretically keep doing so and add more caloric burn and still see yourself lose weight.

The flaw in this logic is that while it may be true, increasing activity will make you want to eat more (most of the time) and thus, you would likely continue to compensate.

I can't even eat enough to be on point with my goals, so I don't know... putting in 4k+ in intake just to lose weight, I basically can eat whatever I want anyway lol

I like the idea of nutrient dense foods as that is how I like to eat anyway, but I still need to calorie count to ensure I keep to my goals if I'm honest.

Liver rules as a nutrient dense food, and tasty. It's hard to translate nutrient density into a diet because like he said, most of those people pushing density were pale skinned vegetarians wearing organic undyed hemp underwear...I lol'd.

So he tells you to eat as much as you want, and then puts oils and nuts as the most nutrient foods... that can only go badly.
